The job fair reached capacity Tuesday and had to close early. The United Way is trying to arrange another job fair as soon as possible.

NEIGHBORS HELPING NEIGHBORS CAREER AND RESOURCE FAIR THIS TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 27, 2005

Hurricane Katrina's devastation has swollen the ranks of job-seekers in metro Atlanta. Under the umbrella of the United Way, city, state, business and faith-based groups have come together to help with a special job fair for evacuees and Georgia residents.

WHEN: Tuesday September 27, 2005

WHERE: Georgia World Congress Center
Building B, Exhibit Halls 1 & 2
285 Andrew Young International Blvd.
Atlanta, GA 30303

GETTING THERE: Take MARTA East-West line to Georgia Dome/GWCC

WHO: Hurricane Katrina evacuees and Georgia residents. The job fair is open to anyone looking for employment. Additionally, it will offer resource information on child care and transportation in Metro Atlanta.

10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Job Fair connects job candidates with available job opportunities
